Mr. Baxley has substantial experience in preparing and executing wills, corporate law (LLC/LLP/corporation formation and dissolution), real estate, and contracts and has also defended clients charged with criminal misdemeanors and felonies including but not limited to robbery, receiving stolen property, DUI / DWI, NWNI (bad checks), embezzlement, drug offenses, public intoxication, harassment and domestic abuse. Mr. Baxley also has experience in filing lawsuits on behalf of injured individuals and businesses as well as preparing appeals to the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals and the Alabama Supreme Court.
